Tots (I)

(1) Learn to let go when the passion/fire is gone
Holding on for the sake of it or not letting past effort go to waste. Shoulds. You couldnt feel the passion burning nemore. That immense desire and the so-called passion you used to feel gone with the wind. You tried, and try. Kinda feel it alittle again, and died-ed. It's time to accept certain things are history, gone. It's no longer the focus, the direction or goal of your life at this present moment. Or not anymore. Let it go, allow it to pass.... accept that it's history.

(2) Embrace the so-called regrets
IF ONLY i.....IF ONLY i never.....IF ONLY i did.....
IF ONLY i get to relive my life, perhaps the very same mistakes leading to regrets would be made again. It is through wrong decisions made along the way that we learnt to make better decisions. Dont forget the journey too. It could had been a tough one, but definitely shaped part of you. Good or bad experiences, they're telling you something. Having been back to a sch not where i wanted to, I realised i did learn alot back then, and there ARE great memories to keep. Messed up sch backed then but, it's still part of me.

(3) Keeping momentary thoughts, emotions and self-conclusions in check
Acknowledge and recognise what is going though you. Dont jump to conclusions. Keep extreme emotions under control. Refrain from making impulsive conclusions. Maintain perspective and always give it the benefit of doubt. Take note, but let it pass. If it comes again, and again and again.....think more about it, until you can be certain. But dont harp on 'false' hopes or self-misled directions. Just keep looking, maintain an open mind.

(4) Dont let biasness affect your judgement
To a certain degree, everyone is biased. What is impt to note is while acknowledging that you do prefer some other choices, you need to listen and open yourself to what others can offer. It may not satisfy your personal preferences or comfort level, but it could possibly provide alternative solutions or even better functions than the one in your mind. Seek. Ask. Listen. Gather different views and perspectives from different people. Gain new insights. Keep an open mind, then make the most objective decision.
