Backed!
Yeah, im finally back!I miss Singapore...:P Dint really get to relax as it's just another city but i did get to eat alloooootttttt~~~ Those who know me well enough know im better off at some ulu places away from city/town.
This visit to taiwan gave me another new experience, generated lotsa thoughts and also gave me 'a walk' thru' my past when i was working and schooling at the same time. How i tried so hard to earn that $2.50/hr just to get myself an assessment book or dictionary..or that $5/hr 'giam4-ing bananas' for my afternoons and wkends so that i can get myself some help for my subject...and how my 2-weeks pay was kop4 by my manager when that b**** took all our $$$ and ran off...how upset and frustrated i felt when i cldnt even report it to the police as i was underage then... In taiwan, this is all so common..You see students everywhere when you go shopping, eating or hanging out..that i started to wonder if they even go to school at all..and i felt so fortunate to have $$ in my pocket not needing to worry if i have enough to fill my stomach. And in fact, i even have enough to buy things i like now! While i can afford to purchase that sports bag on the shelve, i started thinking if i shld spend on these? Perhaps i've forgotten how precious the dollars are..(hv i 4gotten how i became a '$-slave'?)..and have already begun to 'materialise'. Want comfort, want quality, want good service....etc.. my frens tell me its natural and all too normal..i dunno. I do feel gulity of certain changes...just doesnt seem 'right' to me..maybe its dreamer thinking too much again..
I guess i dint managed to detach from things back home. There are just so much to do and etc i just cant wait to be home than 'hanging ard' in another city. Lol. and my body is aching from lack of sports...nua-ed with extra tyres. LoL! But overall, it's still an enjoyable trip la! (oh yah..and i bought new toys again!shall upload some fotos soon!)
Think its time to plan again...heh.
