Phuket getaway

Just back from a phuket trip which i thought was a little bit too short for our nuah-ness level. lolx...This time round we were alittle more particular the place we stayed....but nevertheless, we had great time nuah-ing and watching HBO at both phuket and krabi..... xD

Tried para-sailing and jet skii! Para-sailing is really not worth it for the price but jet skii is absolutely fun and exciting!!!

The waves are also fun to 'play with' as you get washed and thrown around by huge waves.....:P makes mi feel like surfing.

Took land transport + boat to Krabi. New experience. First we took a van to a pitstop where we changed to this song thiaw thingy to Ao Nao Mao pier, followed by longtail boat to railey. We've got quite a nice resort and everyone just nuah-ed inside when we reached..we are a bunch of nuasters...lolx.


Full moon high tide was really high man tho we attempted to climb at ABC wall...but apparantly, many climbers are moving around coz of the tide thingy. Ended up climbing along this stretch of mosquito-infested row of rockwalls on the left trek towards thaiwand wall. Fun.

Spent the rest of the day at thaiwand wall. Met a couple of climbers there....and filled with envy coz of the amount of freedom and way of life they can lead.... months long of holidays travelling around to different climbing sites and also travelling....so cool.....wished we could do that.



Think i still prefer a 'away' place like krabi as compared to areas like phuket/patong beach altho' the beach at patong is really nice i must say. But it's just another watersports place for me. Comparatively, i can really relax and let my hairs down at krabi and be fully connected with myself...just me, the rocks and nature... :) A place where u dun feel self-conscious or the need to be conscious or behave with certain social norms or expectations....a place where you can just be yourself. :) Dint have enough time to spare this trip...haha...a pity...

Back to phuket soon after and cheong for shopping to use up our thai baht. (coz we've changed a little too much) hehe....and checked-in the nice nice resort...excellent room, view and service...1 bad thing....no HBO...there goes our Evan Almighty and Final Destination 3!!!! BOOO!!!! Shall either stay back or find another similar one WITH HBO next time! Had feast every now and then...still, nothing can fight the superb green curry, bbq fish and king prawns from diamond cave restaurant. *drool*

Dint have time to swim in the nice swimming pool tho... :P

Tried this pineapple frampe coz' we have no idea what it is...turns out to be...fruits cook in syrup!!! SO sweet!!!! o_O

hahaha... soon, its home sweet home again...wished it was MUCH longer... :\

Cant get enough of nuah-ing and climbing. Hehe...really had great fun tho' a little nuah and short with ms koh and buddy. Thanks for making this trip a wonderful one. ^^
