I love Teamwork

I have always been a great fan of Teamwork. And i feel it great enough for me to notice it :) especially in such a demanding week for me. The whole office was quiet from 5pm on a great friday evening but at that little corner, we were all busy working hard..real hard. And my mentor got to remind me the time at 8+pm that its time to get a life...lolx. Despite the politics, im glad to enjoy the working relationships with quite a couple of people though not all. At least, it keeps you motivated when you are all 'stressed out', or to me, its more of tired and drained out...seems better at handling stress now though will still feel stressed out at certain times..improving on delegation but not yet at developing people...got to learn the ropes and the workings first. Still a Rookie, but i will get better. :)

Had great fun bbq-ing at buddy's condo again. Hehe...dejavu..had fun making fun of the married couple regarding the jing4 cha2 when me and buddy sit on the chairs and ask them to practise serving to us. lolx....so funnie! But i was so hungry i keep looking for food.....food done or not i also eat liaoz..if i food poisoning you know why...... =.=
I always like the way our bbq turns out. Preparation of food, starting fire, preparing the drinks, cooking and chatting around....we are mostly busy and that keeps everything going when everyone contributes...Teamwork :) Hehe...the bbq-prawns reminded me of prawning..so fun. Crapped and ate till almost 11+ when TM and JJ came only at 10+pm!? Dint get to Wii tonight as intended to...tiredz already. lolx....everyone just sat there and watched the silly guess3 show..and finally we figured we are too tired to Wii and head home. Almost drove myself home tonight. lolx....but i rem WH always speeds one, figured that the speed i potentially be driving would make him pekcek or even more tired so i decided not to. lolx...soon next time! :P

Climbing tml! yey.....

Weekend flew by again so quickly i dint manage to get down to do my work...think shall go earlier on monday and go home later rest of the week to catch up bah...COB (Close of Business) is subjective yeah? MY COB is 12mn...so i got till 12mn on monday to finish up right.....:| But logically speaking, everyone go to work at 8am the next day. So effectively, i have got the late night and wee hours of tuesday morning to work on it. Time to stock up more power tea to last me through the wee hours...Jiayou!!!
